The last BMWFilm is out now. It’s called Beat the Devil, starring Gary Oldman (as the Devil) and James Brown (also with a special guest cameo at the end). Beat the Devil was directed by action director great Tony Scott. I didn’t really like Beat the Devil that much — too much talk, too little action. And when there was action it was all too…urm…boring (come on, all you’re gonna do with a shiny BMW Z4 is drag race??) I think this year’s best BMWFilm was Ticker, which was pretty good for a short film. Hostage was pretty good too, don’t know why they saved Beat the Devil for the last, because it really isn’t the best. What do you think?
