I have been in an airport all day long. The winter storms have caused havoc. My flight 9am to Dallas/Fort Worth (DFW) this morning was cancelled and I got rescheduled for a noon flight. So I waited at San Jose International Airport. Then I got an upgrade to first class and flew into DFW. Now I’ve been in DFW for a few hours and am still waiting for the plane to arrive. Yow! One day I’ll arrive in Arkansas.

I went through this last Monday.. had a 6AM flight from GSP to SFO and ended up flying out at 7PM ( after 2 different changes).. I did not get first class but then no such thing on a brazilian made jet for 50 people (GSP to Houston part of trip). But the nice weather in the valley sure beat the ice and rain in South Carolina…I was glad to be out of town.

Well, I’m finally here in Arkansas. It took me…14 hours to get from one door step (my California home) to another door step (my Arkansas home). What an ordeal! But, I did get to see how they de-ice a plane, that was pretty interesting!
