Looks like Relays.Osirusoft.Com has blacklisted the world in an attempt to let people know that they are no long operational. Take relays.osirusoft.com out of your rbl-checking because it’ll mark everything as blacklisted. I discovered this blacklisting yesterda afternoon when I saw that ultramookie.com was being blacklisted by relays.osirusoft.com. After some GroupsGoogling I found out that Osirusoft has been hit pretty bad by a week-long DoS attack and lawsuits and the owner finally had enough and turned off his service.
