Here’s something I cooked up today that was kind of tasty. I made it up all by myself. It is pretty healthy and vegitarian too.
Ingredients
1 Can Campbell’s Tomato Soup
1 Can Whole Golden Corn Kernels (No Salt Added)
1/4 Portion of Soyrizo
Cooking Instructions
For texture some cooked rice can also be added.
Drain corn of all water. Pour tomato soup and corn into a pot. Add Soyrizo. Stir until boiling. That’s it!
Simple to cook, easy to eat. Serves two to three people.
