Why is it that when Inktomi comes around to index, they use less bandwidth than the Googlebot? Why does Googlebot take so much bandwidth while indexing?

Googlebot Hits: 5170 45634kb
Inktomi hat 805 hits more, but used 3x less bandwidth. What’s up with that?
