I have always been thinking about doing a nice logo for ultramookie.com. I came up with some elaborate ones that were really difficult to make. I made some that ended up looking like the one that JR created for his Ink-Stained Banana (smashing a ‘u’ plus an ‘m’ together looks a lot like smashing a ‘u’ and a ‘h’ together). While lying around in Paris relaxing on vacation, this orange and black box with a white stripe idea came to mind. I liked it. It was simple and easy to make. It had the colors that I wanted to integrate into a logo. If you want to know the meaning behind the logo: There is none. Really, there is none: Orange = color of stress/excitement, Black/White = unifying colors. Anyways, hope you like the new logo.
