We are proud to announce the birth of our newest family member! Caitlin Madison Kong arrived today weighing in at 7 pounds 2 ounces! She is a tall one at 20 inches long. And she looks just like her big brother!

Tomorrow is the big day!  Princess Mookina is scheduled to arrive!  For a live feed, keep watch on mind of mookie or my Twitter feed.  Friends and family on Flickr should be able to see pictures soon after the birth!  Yay!

The new baby got its third ultrasound yesterday and we found out that we will be having a Little Princess! Yup, Jacob will have a little sister to protect (and tease). We’re very excited!

Yes, Jacob is going to have a little sibling come this August! Eileen and I are quite ecstatic!

This year, Camp Yahoo! was different, instead of going to Blackberry Farms in Cupertino, we went to the San Mateo Event Center where there was a huge Camp Yahoo! setup.

This year, Camp Yahoo! was different, instead of going to Blackberry Farms in Cupertino, we went to the San Mateo Event Center where there was a huge Camp Yahoo! setup.

I imagine the change in venue was for two reasons: 1) Yahoo! has really expanded in the last few years, so we needed a bigger place and 2) the last eight Camp Yahoos where held at Blackberry Farms — long timers were getting bored and not coming anymore, this change should bring them back. The change in venue was great, there was a lot more to do and the picnic area was huge. It is great to see people at work outside of work. It is great to see their girlfriends, boyfriends, wives, husbands and children.

And what a difference a year makes. Last year, Eileen was three months pregnant. This year, Jacob got to experience Camp Yahoo!.

Today is my first ever Father’s Day! Jacob and Eileen got me two wonderful gifts. The memories book is from Shutterfly is beautifully put together by Eileen! Today is my first ever Father’s Day! Jacob and Eileen got me two wonderful gifts. The memories book is from Shutterfly is beautifully put together by Eileen! There are some wonderful pictures in the book. The Sony DVDirect VRD-MC3 is a very cool, yet oh-so-practical technological gift. We already have a miniDV camera, but the tapes have been stacking up on my desk to be run through the Powerbook and put onto DVD. The DVDirect allows me to connect up the miniDVD camera via Firewire port (or S-Video or RCA) to transfer movies directly onto DVD. I already cleared out the stack of tapes! Yay! Thank you Jacob and Eileen!!
