Responding to an emergency message, The Enterprise stops at a planet and finds everyone dead -- mass suicide. All the adults are dead, but the children are still alive.

Mind control through fist pumping. Interesting.
Oh dear, the two poor red shirts got beamed into space. What a way to die.
This episode was pretty bad like the previous one. They had barely enough of a premise to carry half the running time of this episode, at 50 minutes, the story is so repetitive that it was painfully boring.
