The Enterprise receives a distress call from a large beautiful city on the planet Scalos. Kirk takes a landing party to the surface but find no one there. A red shirt.. winks out in front of McCoy. Where did he go?
The whole ship seems to be malfunctioning.

The poor actors had to stand still for a bunch of scenes.
This was quite an engaging and entertaining episode.
