Check out ING Direct. I have an account with them and according to bankrate.com they have the highest interest rate (2.75% right now) for a savings account. The best thing about it? No minimum deposit and no minimum balance. Pretty good deal if you ask me. Thanks to my girlfriend Eileen for pointing this out!
