So, MetroPCS has been offering this in the SF Bay Area for the last few weeks, but had not done it on all their service areas. Now, it's officially in all their service areas. It's the unlimited cell phone plus unlimited long distance package for $40/mo. Not a bad deal, if you can get service. It is rather impressive what MetroPCS is offering, but from my experience, the service is not up to snuff at this point.
