So, here's how I am finally getting to use my Palm with my iBook: Entourage. But, there is a drawback to Entourage: It doesn't accept self-signed SSL certificates (like the one that I have for UltraMookie.com). So, I use Entourage for my calendaring, contacts, to-dos, and memos -- but I can't use it for email because of that oversight by Microsoft. For mail I am sticking to Apple's Mail.app.
