It's about time Sony. Sony just announced that they will be supporting the MP3 format with their portable players. After years of trying to shove ATRAC down our throats (to which everyone said, "Screw off, we'll buy an iPod!"), Sony has come to the (brilliant) realization that people like MP3 better than ATRAC.
