Finally! Sony is stepping up to the plate and getting their MP3 players done right. This is a beautiful design that goes way farther than the iPod Shuffle in functionality and aesthetics. It is currently not officially announced, but I can't wait until it hits the market, this one looks to be a winner. It's too bad the thing maxes out at 512MB. There should be a 1GB and 2GB version for hardcore music listeners. The thing has a 50 hour battery life on its LiIon battery and that is really impressive! I hope (I really hope) that the thing will act like a USB mass storage device for easy of use (and Mac compatibility). I hope that it is not tied to the silly piece of SonicStage software.
