IE7 Tabs

Microsoft is showing the world how not to do tabs in a browser with their upcoming IE7. Apparently, each IE7 tab will have it's own copy of toolbars. The problem with that? Bloat! Imagine if you had 10 tabs open, you'd have to have 10 instances of the toolbar in memory. Does Microsoft intentionally bloat up software? We're all left to wonder when we hear about things like this.
