The new 4.9 version of iTunes has Podcasting support (if you haven't heard yet). The podcasting support is pretty damned good! It brings podcasting to the mainstream. Yes, there were ways of getting podcasts on my iPod before, but the integration into iTunes makes it so easy! I applaud Apple for continuing to innovate and pick up on new technologies.
