At work, I am sitting on my ass all...day...long. I have my special sticker on the back of my badge to take advantage of the awesome gym at work -- but in the last six months that I have worked at Yahoo!, I have visited the gym all of one time, and that time was to get registered to be able to use the gym. So, with a nice treadmill sitting idle at home, I figure it is about time that I put a few miles on that thing.
