Quick update as I sit on a conference... I threw out my back this weekend. Ouch. Advils are my happy pills. I am on 24x7 pager duty trying to train two guys. I got up at 12, 5, and 6 in the morning yesterday and sat on a conference all day long... Issue went unresolved... I got up at 12 and 7 this morning and am sitting on a conference... Issue still unresolved... Ah, the life of an operations guy...
