It's official, the Batman Begins sequel has a title and some solid star power behind it. Batman Begins is my favorite Batman movie because of its grounding in reality. Chris Nolan brought the franchise back from Schumacher death. And Christian Bale is an awesome Bruce Wayne/Batman.
The official title of the sequel is The Dark Knight. It looks like it will be a dual-villian Batman movie (again), Heath Ledger has already signed to play The Joker. Rumor has it that Phillip Seymour Hoffman is being pursued to play The Penguin. And Ryan Phillippe is being pursued to play a young Harvey Dent (Two-Face).
I cannot wait to see how this one turns out.
