Want to work at Yahoo!? Here is a great guide. Guy Kawasaki interviews Libby Sartain, our Chief People Yahoo! (ie. head of HR). She gives some really good advice on how to get a job at Yahoo! (and a lot of it applies in general to job hunting). Think that being an art history major rules you out of being a Yahoo!? Here's what Libby had to say, "We have folks with art history backgrounds working in a number of areas like surfing, user experience and design, marketing or maybe even human resources. It helps if you have experience in a prior company with such a degree."
