Have you seen the Toyota RAV4 commercial, err, "24" Day 6 Prequel yet? I thought the product placement in the new Bond film was bad, but I hadn't seen this prequel yet. The Toyota RAV4 product placement in the "24" Day 6 Prequel is terrible. See for yourself. Is this a side-effect of TiVo and DVRs? TV producers are now forced to get "sponsors" for shows -- turning shows into one long commercial. For this prequel it was really distracting. In Heroes, it is Nissan cars, but it was not as bad as in this prequel. I hope this does not become prevalent in TV -- like Nike shoes on Battlestar Galactica.
