Old Skool Text Boot

So, nowadays every Linux distro has some fancy graphic for grub and for when services start up. What if an old skool guy like myself wants to see things in text? Here's just some notes for myself, they are for RHEL and RHEL clones. To get rid of the graphical GRUB screen:

To get back text boot up for when services are loading, remove the "rhgb" from any line in /boot/grub/grub.conf. This post is mainly for my own notes. Peruse if you want to look like an old skool Linux user when your box boots up. Oh, and this is a very cool GDM theme.
