Audien and Echosmith’s song Favorite Sound has been on repeat for the longest time now. (Witness the number of plays.)

The song has a captivating, uplifting and warm sound. It is the melody that got me to start listening. But it is the hopeful, honest and meaningful lyrics that got me hooked.

I want you to know that it’s okay to ask for help

The song reminds us that everything is alright. That we can live without all the distractions, that silence is a good thing. And most importantly, that we are not alone in this world.
