Running So Far

I did my first run after surgery almost three weeks ago. Since then I have been running consistently – and also taking breaks, walking and doing yoga. I have started to incorporate interval training into my routine and it’s making a difference. The interval training has been solely done on my curved manual treadmill and that is a lot tougher than my old motorized treadmill.

This is the second 5K since returning to running. It is 90 seconds faster than the one I ran last Sunday. I am happy with my progress.
