Web Is Not Tax-Free Anymore

Looks like tax-free Internet purchases are going to be a memory. Big online companies are now starting to charge taxes. WalMart.com, Toys'R'Us, Marshals, and Target are just a few online retailers that are beginning to charge taxes. I wonder if this will drive people to shop in bricks and mortar stores more than online stores, especially for normal items like CDs and DVDs.
