I spotted this driving to Pleasanton the other week. Today, Eileen and I were driving to Concord to meet with two wedding photographers and Eileen was able to snap this shot of a cell phone tower dressed up as a tree! Check out the photo. How cool! I read about these on the different forums but haven't seen one yet till now. They are the cell phone companies way of making cell phone towers "integrate" into the community more "naturally". Whether it works or not is up to you. From a distance most people would actually mistaken this thing as a tree, but when you get close you can see the little cell "tile" things sticking out and it looks kind of weird.
