After multiple calls to T-Mobile, my t-zones (WAP portal) finally works. I checked this morning and it wasn't working, but at lunch I checked and it was working. Finally, I gotta say. T-Mobile policy is to refund downtime, so at $4.99/mo, I will get a whopping 17 cents per down day. The downtime started on May 6 and it is now May 18. Thirteen days of downtime gives me a whole $2.21 refund. Hehe. Well, at least it works now.
