PalmSource gets LG as a licensee of their Palm OS for use in future smartphones. This has got to have a lot of people in PalmSource cheering since it is the first big company to license the Palm OS in a long time (things kind of went downhill when Sony decided to leave the PDA business). Anyways, it'll be nice to see another Palm OS based smartphone to give competition to the Microsoft Windows Mobile (or is it PocketPC or is it CE, what the hell is the name of Microsoft's portable OS nowadays? They keep changing the name!).
