Apparently, some dumb 20 year old slob who enjoys (or is it "enjoyed" now that he's been caught) child pornography turned himself in after he received a fake email from the Sober worm. The fake email from the Sober worm listed the sender as "Germany's Federal Criminal Police Office (BKA)" and the message said that "an investigation is underway". The police found child pornography on his computer and he has been charged. Worm 1, Dumb-ass 0.
