I wasn't the only one that tried to get Gentoo running and gave up. This guy tried also and after a few days of trying to install it, Gentoo has apparently claimed another victim. "I was spending all of my time tending to Gentoo and none of my time being productive. I called a halt to the great migration and admitted to myself that I was simply not good Gentoo material." You have to be a hardcore Linux user to get Gentoo running. Yikes, this ain't your mom's Linux.
