january 14, 2008Yes, I have a copy of Steve Job's keynote speech for Macworld 2008!
Here's what's going to talked about:
- Mac Pro Air: Eight-Cores with the massive storage of Bluray.
- iPhone Air: 3G wireless access. 160GB of flash memory. Wireless syncing. Wifi radio upgraded to 802.11n. And the cutting edge feature never seen before on an iPhone: Cut and Paste.
- MacBook Air: Continuing with the "Air" theme, a new slimline MacBook. When closed, it is as thin as the original iPhone. Not thick enough for any traditional ports, the MacBook Air only has a slim docking port. There is not even an Ethernet port. The MacBook Air has the same 3G wireless access (two-year contract with AT&T Wireless) and Wifi access as the iPhone Air. Docking port completes the MacBook Air, much like the old Powerbook 2400.
- Xserve Air: Eight Dual-Core processors make for 16-cores, more than any Xserve ever created. Embedded 802.11n wireless.
- iRobot Air: A robot that will bring you beer and hot wings. 3G access and multi-touch screen in chest for checking email wherever you maybe.
- Newton Air: The Newton returns! A gorgeous 7" screen with the same multi-touch screen technology as the iPhone Air. 802.11n wifi access guarantees that the Newton Air will be connected anywhere in the world.
- iCar Air: Yes, Apple and Audi have come together to bring you the iCar Air. With built-in A2DP audio that can stream your iTunes music from any of the new Air products, the iCar Air proves to be a great addition to your garage. Internet access via a 3G connection (two-year contract with AT&T Wireless required). Fold down displays for rear passengers, dock connectors for each passenger and wireless headphones. A hybrid engine guarantees that the car will be green. The batteries in the car are not user replaceable, but for a low charge of $9,999 Apple will replace batteries. Batteries are slated to last 600 full chargers before needing a replacement -- about two years of full use.
- Apple Music: Apple's own music label, producing original music content for the iTunes Store. Apple Music will be headed by Jay-Z.
That's it, no more surprise -- so please people stop trying to guess what Steve Job's will announce tomorrow.
